Our customers face many of the same challenges that other industries face.
Asset connectivity is critical. Customers want to track their machines, what they're doing, and the type of work they're performing.
Electrification is critical. The world needs cleaner, more efficient products. As an OEM, we want our machines to be cleaner. However, they still have to maintain the same efficiency level — or become more efficient moving forward — while satisfying those important environmental factors today.

The labor shortage largely spurs the drive toward autonomy and automation. To help our customers facing labor shortages, we can help put more automation in place and eventually give our machines autonomy.

Today, JLG products will be connected with two-way interactivity, providing features, insights and troubleshooting remotely.
Many JLG products are already “green,” and in the future, becoming even more eco-friendly will continue to be a focal point for us as we work to develop machines with electrification features that will elevate sustainability in the access industry.
In the future, some JLG products will be completely autonomous.
But most importantly, JLG products will be safe. For 55+ years, our goal has been to keep people and products safe at height. As safety standards get even higher, we will be at the forefront, offering innovations and solutions to meet, and exceed, them.
