Behind the Scenes: Assembling Reconditioned JLG® Equipment

Did you know it takes approximately three days before a reconditioned machine is green tagged and ready to ship? Go behind the scenes to see how the reconditioning process gets started. From inspecting ground control components to installing the engine and boom assembly to putting on the decals, reassembly follows the same guidelines as new equipment manufacturing. Technicians document the work completed at each station in a log book that follows equipment throughout reconditioning.
