Behind the Scenes: Assembling Reconditioned JLG® Equipment

Did you know it takes approximately three days before a reconditioned machine is green tagged and ready to ship? Go behind the scenes to see how the reassembly process gets started. From inspecting ground control components to installing the engine and boom assembly to putting on the decals, reassembly follows the same guidelines as new equipment manufacturing. Technicians document the work completed at each station in a log book that follows equipment throughout reconditioning.

After reassembly, machines go through rigorous tests to ensure they’re ready for use at your job site. The next video in our behind the scenes series shows several reconditioned booms being thoroughly tested at our facility.
