JLG® electric scissor lifts — ES (electric slab) and ERT (electric rough terrain) models, E18 vertical lifts (maintenance, construction) and the E18 stock picker have long been known for their reliability and efficiency. Now, these machines have been updated with new standard features and options that will meet the industry's evolving needs, including requirements for zero-emission and noise-controlled work sites, and increase your productivity.
AC Drive Motors: Efficient Use of Power
JLG’s popular ES Series models (ES1932, ES2632, ES2646, and ES3246) now come standard with AC drive motors. These permanent magnet motors offer several advantages:
- Offer peak efficiency and through lower energy consumption
- Require less battery draw to go from a stationary position through driving at speed so that you use that energy for maximized productivity on the job
- Are brushless, dustless and virtually maintenance-free
- Provide for quieter operation
Our ES4046 and DaVinci AE1932 All-Electric models already include AC drive motors as standard equipment, while the ES1330L and ES1530L scissor lifts and E18 lift family will remain standard with DC drive motors at this time.
Lithium-Ion Batteries: Power That Lasts
We're now offering two lithium-ion battery options for select scissor lifts, including the ES1330L, ES1530L, ES1932, ES2632, ES2646, ES3246 and ES4046 models. These options are also available on the JLG E18MCL and E18MML vertical lifts, as well as the E18MSP stock picker.
Choose between:
- Lithium: One battery for most models
- Lithium+: An additional battery to amp up duty cycles
These new battery options provide:
- Zero performance degradation, even as the battery state-of-charge depletes
- Fast charging capabilities (with just 5 minutes of charge, operators have the ability to drive 100-ft and load onto a trailer)
- Opportunity charging without damaging the battery
- Full charge in as little as 2.5 hours with the optional high-capacity charger
- Clean, leak-free operation
- Extended battery lifespan
- Virtually maintenance-free
- Integrated battery management system to protect the overall life of the battery
Genset Option: Power Up Anytime, Anywhere
We've introduced a range-extending genset option for JLG electric rough terrain (ERT) scissor lift models ERT2669, ERT3369, ERT4069 and ERT4769. This 2610W, 58V, 45 Amp unit allows you to charge and recharge your batteries whenever and wherever you need them, extending duty cycles and increasing versatility on the job site.

When work days are measured by productivity, JLG offers a range of standard and optional high-tech accessories to help you get more done.
- Variable tilt technology improves versatility/productivity
